You’ve defined your goals and set your priorities. However, you seem to be saying yes to so much more. Saying yes furthers your research. It can also leave you little time to reflect on your relationship with your Self - the very thing needed to make "yes" to all the other things worth pursuing. In this workshop you will identify the reasons you say “yes” when you should say “no” or “maybe”, discuss three strategies to better organize your time, and determine where you can reinsert our Self and reclaim "me time" without isolating others or feeling guilty.
