Bullet journals, aka BuJo, have developed a cult following in recent years. BuJo can take the form of a notebook, to-do list, goal tracker, or diary. In this session, participants will create a simple paper notebook and use it to create a basic bullet journal that can be used as an entry point to a more reflective practice and overall well-being.
